1. Mix 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 2/3 cups flour, pat into 9x13 cake pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325F.

2. Combine and pour 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 2/3 cups sugar, 1/3 cups lemon juice, 1 tsp baking powder, and 3 1/2 tbsp flour onto crust and bake 30 minutes at 325F.

3. Frosting: mix 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp milk.
